SpareCrib was founded in 2014 primarily offering services to the financial services sector. This has grown rapidly over recent years with the company expanding to provide accommodation solutions to the construction sector, the resurgent UK film industry and the UK events industry. Throughout 2021 we provided advice, accommodation and support to over 100 families leaving Hong Kong. 2022 saw substantial expansion into accommodation provision for the insurance and emergency accommodation sectors and 2023 has seen an explosion in events accommodation, particularly in the areas of international golf, polo and motor racing.

Sparecrib is committed to providing the business traveler, discerning tourist or relocating family with high quality, temporary accommodation in an environment they would be pleased to call home. We focus on a 4 day minimum with a maximum of up to 6 months. All apartments are hand picked to be secluded with wifi, satellite TV, fully fitted out kitchens. Linen, duvets, towels are all provided as standard with professional cleaning staff ensuring the apartments are immaculate at handover and with ongoing cleaning services on demand. Our portfolio of properties is majority owned or exclusively managed by ourselves. We would not ask you to stay in anything we would not be proud to own.
